I hope all is well. We did receive the survey (attached), but opposing counsel claims there is an error on it. I spoke with opposing counsel yesterday and we are just waiting on clarification as to what the “error” is. Also, Gaddy is available to meet with us next Wednesday at the property to mark the new boundary. I am waiting on confirmation from opposing counsel that they are available as well.

Is there an update on the survey/reports and a time line?

It’s been 5 and a half months since we were in court in front of the judge for the lawsuit and I have not received any surveys or reports on the properties  .
