A previous ATT easement was added to the property from August 2000 until 2018.
Therefore the dots in the rear corner of the 1994 survey and fence (my guess) are unlikely added by the original surveyor.

I uploaded closing documents:

  *   appraisal
  *   Inspector report
  *   warranty deed copy (have original if needed)
+more flooding footage from nighttime watering of his sod, causing my back yard to flood overnight.
Also, his new (now buried) roof water pipeing/drain also is directed into the same area to exit into my yard.

I’m not sure I can ask the elderly couple behind both homes. He’s lived there prior to both of us.

I also still have the original marketing packet, from 2006 would that help? I can look through my 2006 closing documents/appraisal if that would help?

The 1994 survey of 2740 was included in the seller's marketing /closing packet when I purchased my home in 2006

I attached Sweatman's side of the 1994 survey for his property. I received this via email from Sweatman in May 2020. The COB stamped this document (pg 3,4) so I believe these were all used during the COB board of appeals process and as he had several reviews with conditions for his variance application.
