A previous ATT easement was added to the property from August 2000 until
2018.
Therefore the dots in the rear corner of the 1994 survey and fence (my
guess) are unlikely added by the original surveyor.

I uploaded closing documents:

   - appraisal
   - Inspector report
   - warranty deed copy (have original if needed)

+more flooding footage from nighttime watering of his sod, causing my back
yard to flood overnight.
Also, his new (now buried) roof water pipeing/drain also is directed into
the same area to exit into my yard.
