Sarah,
The surveyor typically does not identify utilities, but if you were to call 811 (Georgia utilities number to have them marked) you will be able to indicate where they are located.
As for the photos, there really isn't any reason for him to do that, but it also doesn't have an impact on our retention and the outcome of the survey. As soon as we have the survey, we will be able to move forward accordingly.

FYI - Sweatman came outside during the survey and took photos of the surveyors, their van, and their posts on the corners.
Were the surveyors instructed to identify the sewer line as well?
