OK - thank you for the quick response.
One would assume he wants to see the results & that may be why he did it or
they stepped over his "line" at one point

Sweatman did have the DeKalb county sewer line easement area changed from a
submitted request to DeKalb county GIS a couple of months ago -*  from
under his deck to not under his deck.* ( This is from my FOIA/PRR)  That is
why I was looking to see if his actions moved my sewer line area in the GIS
as well.
