Sarah,

Opposing counsel agreed not to stake the property, so it has been cancelled. I am going to try to set up a zoom call with Gaddy to go over the survey. What time(s) Thursday or Friday work best for you? Thursday is best for me, but I can do Friday before noon and after 4PM as well.

Can you respond to following outstanding inquiries:

1. Who is paying for the extra stakes? Is there fee? Is my insurance policy paying?


2. You mention, a “field worker” is coming today (Tuesday) to stake the property again - what is the name of this person and what time?


3. You stated you have in email from Rose admitting she misrepresented to the judge that the property had not been staked , can you please provide that email?

Per the Judge’s Order, which was outlined at the hearing on January 13th, if either party deems it necessary to stake the Property line, then we are required to have it staked. Yesterday, I mentioned that the surveyor field worker could go out Wednesday, but he emailed me this morning stating that it is actually Tuesday he can go out.

I can try to call opposing counsel and will email her now to object, but we do not want the Judge involved in this as she was clearly not happy with the ongoing disputes.
