Good morning Brett,

Can you respond to following outstanding inquiries:

1. Who is paying for the extra stakes? Is there fee? Is my insurance policy
paying?


2. You mention, a “field worker” is coming today (Tuesday) to stake the
property again - what is the name of this person and what time?


3. You stated you have in email from Rose admitting she misrepresented to
the judge that the property had not been staked , can you please provide
that email?
