Subject: Re: Email from Seepanov
Hi Clif and Rick,
Thank you for the update.
Here are a few thoughts:
It may be more cost-effective to proceed with a new full complete survey for my entire property including the areas that you specified plus the area that is not currently enclosed in the fenceline where the ATT easment used to reside.
My thinking, the entire fence is 27 years old and needs replacement. I'll use the new full survey for approval by City of Brookhaven to construct a fence to back up to his future fence on the shared fence-line for a uniform matching fence throughout the circumference on my property.
Sweatman has solely planned for his choice of fence style to match his fence circumference and I prefer to not to continue his design throughout my whole property.
If this is an option, next step would be updating pricing and I'm curious if this should be performed by the same surveyor or a different one you feel would be most suitible for this situation?
Additionally if you advise to use with this same surveyor, he mentioned using the silk fence placements as a gauge. The silk was put up solely by Sweatman and is already more than 3 feet onto my property and to me is questionable.
I am a novice, and am probably misunderstanding the vernacular but it is hard for confidence in a collaspable tarp representing the previous fence structure when its been already migrated 3+feet?
**On a separate question/situation - I have endured Sweatman's storm water flooding into my yard the entire time I have lived at my home. His storm water runoff flows directly into my back yard causing ~30% of my yard to flood with standing water every time it rains.
I have pictures and videos of the water flow/floods, erosion damage and including the cracked side driveway from erosion. Just in case there is anything that can be done to address this?
I bring this up because during his recent leveling of his back yard he removed large buried underground cement blocks (I had no idea were previously there) being used to prop up his yard that he had covered with rocks and grass that ultimately would not grow or drain water due to the underground impervious surface.
Additionally he just added new a black underground pipeline that takes the water runoff from his roofing and moves it away from his home/backyard and pivots it to exit directly pointing into my backyard.
Best,
Sarah

Hey, Sarah. I am attaching an email we got from Eugene Stepanov today.
Also, Rick would like to know if you agree with the items that Rick laid out in the email from 8/13 which I have also attached. Or is there anything you think he missed?
