Sarah,

I did not know about the cantilever issue. That was well after our Zoom meeting. The references to errors in the plat were the items we discussed on Zoom with Gaddy.

Can you please help me understand what your concerns are here? The settlement agreement has been with you for review since February and the most recent redlined version has been with you for review since April. It is now the end of June and we don’t have a response. I operated per the Judges direct orders and pursuant to the settlement agreement and Georgia law; all of which has been in your best interest. In fact, I have fought (which you complimented) in your best interest throughout the entirety of this case.

Given the aforementioned, I would like to know what your concerns are and why there has been such a delay in reviewing the settlement. It not only hinders our ability to move this forward, it subjects you to potential sanctions if opposing counsel files the motion.

Well  you knew about the cantilever a month before you lied directly in writing saying the surveyor forgot a month later?

As the lawyer who signed off on this court order and you  CLOSED MY CASE, when you clearly knew the judge was signing a court order stating she had reviewed a document, but that never occurred, and you still signed it anyway?

We didn’t send them a settlement agreement. The Court knows we settled at trial and that’s all. I have sent you everything I sent the Court.
