I hope all is well. Attached, please find the transcript. As for the survey, Gaddy has been out sick the last few days and we still don’t have it; I will notify opposing counsel and the Court. Regarding the property marking, he doesn’t need to go out and place new stakes. When you and I had the call after court, you indicated that you wanted the property marked with stakes every 4-6 feet to make sure that Sweatman knew exactly where the line was (and to remove the strings he still has up). If you don’t want the property line marked, we don’t need to schedule a property visit. If, however, opposing counsel wants it marked, then we will need to have Gaddy go out there and place stakes down the property line.

Please help me understand why Gaddy will be coming a 2nd  time when the stakes are in place?

The  property was already staked by Gaddy in November.

The stakes are still there I attached a couple pictures, & can provide more.
