Good morning Mary,

I do want to renew my HVAC service contract for this year.

BUT the neighbors next door (Jonathan & Diana Sweatman) have constructed
orange construction string on and around my land where my HVAC & pads have
remained for ~30 years, including the area around the units (photo attached)

Is your tech still able to service the units without contact with the
neighbor (Jonathan & Diana Sweatman)'s orange lines?
I did pull out the orange line pushed into the top of one of the units by
Jonathan & Diana Sweatman as I was concerned this would cause a fire.

If you are unable to still service the units due to the circumstances
the neighbors (Jonathan & Diana Sweatman) have created, please let me know.
