Hi Clif,

Thank you for the update.  Yesterday I noticed his bobcat removed a
dumpster  full of underground asphalt cement covered by their landscaping,
leads me to believe  this have been contributing  the flooding/erosion the
yard experiences when it rains since I purchased the property. I had to fix
the corner of the fence in 2019 after I received a citation from the city
for the damaged/holes in that corner.

If he does not respond at all, what is the next step?
