Hi - its been a month+ and I need the survey for the engineers to finish their review to get repair quotes. Is there an update on timing?

Also can I remove the stakes now?

Attached a video of him hammering the deck along the line. (the other lawyers already have it)

Hi - when will we receive the survey results? The engineers are awaiting the survey to finish their report.

Also - I received this Facebook request https://prnt.sc/H0-1I97R3L2M
from one of the surveyors after they came to my home.

    This made me uncomfortable

OK - thank you for the quick response.
One would assume he wants to see the results & that may be why he did it or they stepped over his "line" at one point

Sweatman did have the DeKalb county sewer line easement area changed from a submitted request to DeKalb county GIS a couple of months ago - from under his deck to not under his deck. ( This is from my FOIA/PRR) That is why I was looking to see if his actions moved my sewer line area in the GIS as well.

            Sarah,

The surveyor typically does not identify utilities, but if you were to call 811 (Georgia utilities number to have them marked) you will be able to indicate where they are located.

As for the photos, there really isnt any reason for him to do that, but it also doesnt have an impact on our retention and the outcome of the survey. As soon as we have the survey, we will be able to move forward accordingly.

FYI - Sweatman came outside during the survey and took photos of the surveyors, their van, and their posts on the corners.

Were the surveyors instructed to identify the sewer line as well?
