The indemnification is typically signed by the developer (its required for new plats). With this being a new plat/re-subdivision, the same is required. It then runs with the land meaning future owners indemnify the city.

        Per Gaddy - "The DeKalb County GIS department requires topographic conditions to be shown on what they require as the existing conditions sheet."



        As requested last week - please provide, this has already been paid for by Stewart.

            As discussed, Frank is still out with the flu. Al, who also works there, told me that the topography can be updated, but that it is not done until after the new plat is approved.
