Subject RE: No to 4 ft stakes.
Date No to 4 ft stakes.
Email Body
Sarah,

Per the Judges Order, which was outlined at the hearing on January 13th, if either party deems it necessary to stake the Property line, then we are required to have it staked. Yesterday, I mentioned that the surveyor field worker could go out Wednesday, but he emailed me this morning stating that it is actually Tuesday he can go out.

I can try to call opposing counsel and will email her now to object, but we do not want the Judge involved in this as she was clearly not happy with the ongoing disputes.

Brett and Jeff,

This unnecessary request, will assists him to alter the abandoned underground pipes

Is there anyway we can put a protection in to get these pipes removed Since hes digging up the land.

Hell have 60 days with the stakes showing him where to re position the pipes & posts, remove the "caps" , shorten & bury them again. (While hes hidden by the fence)

He will preform his exact same Nefarious actions he's always done to date.

Sweatman doesnt need the extra inches

he'll uncap them and no one will ever be able to prove it.
