Email Body
Hi Brett,

Thank you for the message.

I have not received any communication from you for approximately four months, so your email sent after 6:00 p.m. on the eve of Thanksgiving was unexpectedparticularly the reference to an alleged threat by opposing counsel to file a motion against me, which is the first time I am hearing of this assertion.

Please provide the written documentation of any such threat, including the date it was made and a copy of the communication in which it was conveyed.

My settlement response edits to the opposing party was sent to opposing counsel around approximately June 23, 2025, and I never got an update on those from you since then.

Please provide:

The date you received a response from opposing counsel relating to my settlement response edits.
A copy of the actual written correspondence of their response to my settlement response edits.
All communications you received from the City, opposing counsel, and the expeditor over the last 4 months prior to your email on Thanksgiving eve night after 6 pm.

I look forward to reviewing the complete documentation and responses.

Regards,
Sarah

    Sarah,

I just received the attached proposed edits from the City of Brookhaven Attorney. This is merely adding the City to the Order already entered by the Court. Please review and let me know if you have any questions and approve the same to submit to the Court. Also, Jeff and I discussed opposing counsels concerns over the alleged code violations and their attempt to include a provision in the settlement that had a penalty if allegations were sent in to the City; this, of course, is not part of our settlement agreement. On that note, can you please confirm that you did not submit any complaints or make allegations with respect to Plaintiff/Plaintiffs property? If there were any complaints submitted, can you please provide the details on the same? I dont want to be blindsided in the event we are forced to appear before the Judge. Also, if we can get the attached Order submitted to the Court, we can file a motion to enforce settlement and seek sanctions which would be the strongest play to get this finalized and avoids the risk of opposing counsel filing a motion against you which was previously threatened.

I am happy to set up time to discuss this further. I hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday!!

Please include Jeff in your communication with Gaddy and the City of Brookhaven as you still continue to purposely leave him off those communications.

To be quite direct, I have been abundantly clear that everything I have received has been sent to you. The document sent today was received today. I have clarified why the date was different information provided by the surveyor which was also today. There is no conspiracy or nefarious activity and the repeated allegations, all while I continue to push for the resolution in your best interest, are insulting at a minimum. Compounded with your refusal to provide necessary information, it begs the question as to why someone would be taking steps to impede settlement and counsels ability to
