Date FW: Sweatman v. Zeeman - Judge's Order Approving Settlement and Plat Reconfiguration/City of Brookhaven
Email Body
Sarah,

I spoke with Gaddy and confirmed that the plat did not change. The only reason there is a May date is because they added the Court Order to the cover page when they submitted it for approval to the City.

Please provide the alleged code violations and details regarding the same.

Brett,

This is your job, not mine.

As the policyholder, I am asking you, the hired attorney who ordered this survey, why exactly the date is different and what changed?

Please explain to the policyholder the exact reason and what really happened.

If you have further questions regarding the plat, please ask Gaddy. The plat was attached to the Order from the Court and has not changed. If a date changed, I presume it is the date a layer from the CAD file was added when Gaddy emailed you the files. The boundary lines resolve the matter and those remain unchanged.

    Brett,

You ordered the survey; it is your responsibility to know what changed, not the policyholder.

WHY DID THE DATE CHANGE FROM MARCH TO MAY?

My job is to resolve this matter in your best interest, which was settled May 2024, and to abide by the law which I remain committed to. The Plat Reconfiguration was completed and is in the approval process. If something changed, I am unsure as to what you are referencing, but you are welcome to reach out to Gaddy if you have any other questions. At this stage, we have the plat reconfiguration and legal descriptions for the deeds so as to establish the new boundary line which clears the encroachment issues. Jeff is free to reach out to Gaddy as well if that is something you desire.

Again, I need the alleged code violation details.
