You have the AutoCad file from Gaddy; you requested it during the Zoom meeting and he sent it to you in April I believe. In that file, there are layers that can be turned on or off; one being the tree layer. The final plat and updated topography was completed and sent to you in April as well.

Brett- they are not signed - they are not final, and they are still missing pieces.



Can you please ask Gaddy for it? 



I've been asking for this for months. Please provide a final copy with all the necessary parts of a Topography report, including the tree/ plant legend.

    Gaddy provided 2 topography reports, both of which you have. I have not (nor will I) hidden anything from you and find the allegation entirely unwarranted. The topography report is not a relevant component to the adjusted boundary line; it was a component for the plat submission and performed by Gaddy with all revisions incorporated and sent to you directly by Gaddy and I. Again, all documents have been provided. 



    If there is anything additional that I do not have in my file, please feel free to ask Jeff if he is in possession of it and let me know.

The topography report, further, has no impact on the new boundary line; it was a requirement for the plat to be submitted.
