Can you please provide a list of the alleged code violations that you wanted to address with the City Attorney? I asked David, but have not heard anything back yet and just want to make sure that we aren’t holding the settlement agreement up.

Brett, what are you hiding?  You let Sweatman  have his perfect survey but you won’t give the policy holder  a full topography report with my trees and a correct legend I’ve been asking for months.
And you won’t provide it? It’s been paid form
