Gaddy's exact words in writing:

The DeKalb County GIS department requires topographic conditions to be shown on what they require as the existing conditions sheet.

Can I please get a signed copy of this?
Jeff Banks still has not received his reimbursement. When is that expected?

All plat reconfigurations, topographical surveys, and related documents have been sent. I do not have any revised topographical surveys to provide. The plat reconfiguration has been ordered by the Court as being a final plat reconfiguration.

At this point, we are waiting on the final settlement agreement which is pending Ms. Zeeman’s review, any proposed revisions, and finalizing the draft for execution by the parties.

If Gaddy updated the topographical survey again, I do not have a copy; topography also has no bearing on the plat-reconfiguration which reflects the new boundary lines, curing any encroachments. I am happy to request that Gaddy update the topographical survey, but I anticipate Gaddy’s response to be along the lines of it is not a necessary revision and to receive some pushback or, if revised, another invoice for the same.

I’ve requested the final updated and signed topographical report from Brett Ledermeier five times over the past month, but he still won't send it to me.
When hiring Mr. Gaddy (the surveyor) he stated that the DeKalb County GIS department requires a final topography report.

Could you help me obtain a copy of the final updated and signed topographical report?
