Opposing counsel hasn’t told me what the alleged error is; opposing counsel herself doesn’t even know what it is. I am trying to get clarification before our Wednesday meeting at 12:00 P.M. and will update you as soon as I hear back.

Hi Marimar,
Brett stated the opposing counsel claimed there was an error, and they have been directly contacting the surveyor.
They should be communicating to Brett what the error they think is, not to the surveyor directly. That sounds like a conflict of interest since they did not hire him.
I can call the surveyor since no one is telling me what they are concerned about.

Any update on their “minor” error they mentioned that they won’t put in writing
in an email?
I did see the 3 sides of the new fence sweatman built is 8 feet when Gaddy listed it as 6ft and 7ft and that is incorrect.
