Opposing counsel’s representations were incorrect which is why I responded indicating the same. I have asked for the variance/court order decision more than a dozen times via email and phone. I have also emailed the surveyor several times, including just now, requesting the new survey and legal descriptions.

This is a status conference. We are just waiting on the Judge to appear. Regarding the transcript, the court reporter hasn’t responded; opposing counsel mentioned at the property visit that it took her several months to track it down. Opposing counsel does have the transcript and I sent yet another request for it today.
