Email Body
Thank you for the response. I appreciate all that you're doing and since
you are so busy I will help and email Gaddy after this email and CC you.

Question- did Stewart title instruct you to use one Sweatmans’ witnesses?
Or who did?

If it was Stewart can you please share the name of who that was before I
reach out to Stewart tomorrow.

I dont understand, why my title insurance would not have a fiduciary
responsibility to their client that hired them verses Sweatman when I
already stated I would pay the difference if that was needed.

This is a very important document for my
largest asset and there should be zero relationship between the lawsuits,
Sweatman’s witnesses, and his evidence he provided in a lawysuit

If we can't use gaddy then can we please pick any other surveyor that is
not currently involved in the lawsuits.

Best,
Sarah
