      I am the 2nd owner & purchased the property in May 2006. The
      neighboring property on the northeast side is Jonathan and Diana Sweatman
      at 2746 Grove Street NE Brookhaven, GA 30319. He is the original owner
      since 1993.

      Sweatman buried his home’s stormwater drainage underground

      Sweatman re-installed new underground stormwater

      drainage for his significantly larger covered new deck extension adding
      impervious surfaces, which created astronomical amounts of
stormwater piped
      (without permitting) underground to empty into my property. I have photo
      documentation of initial flooding from 2017 to the present day’s enhanced
      flooding he may have installed the underground piping earlier
than that as
      I had a sink hole in back yard in 2011. I was unaware the flooding was
      directly caused by Swetman’s underground piping until he tore down the
      shared fence in August 2021.
