This unnecessary request, will assists him to alter the “abandoned”
underground pipes
Is there anyway we can put a protection in to get these pipes removed
Since he’s digging up the land.
*He’ll have 60 days with the stakes showing him where to re position the
pipes & posts, remove the "caps" , shorten & bury them again. (While he’s
hidden by the fence)*
*He will preform his exact same Nefarious actions **he's always done to
date.*
