Email Body
Brett,

Thank you for your update and for your efforts in compiling the file.

Please proceed with mailing the materials via a trackable carrier to my
address on file, and kindly provide the tracking information once the
shipment has been sent.

Please also ensure that the external hard drive previously delivered to
your office is included in the return shipment along with the file
materials.

My original request for a complete copy of my client file was made on
January 28, 2026. Given the extended timeline since that request and
subsequent follow-ups, please confirm upon shipment that the production
constitutes the complete client file, including all materials maintained in
both electronic and hard-copy form.

I will review the materials upon receipt and follow up regarding
completeness if necessary.

Thank you,
Sarah Zeeman
