Thank you for explaining that. I know Eric is currently reviewing - but as
another question -

Would it be more helpful to omit this comment, since this is my
assumption - I don't know if saying less is better in these types of
situations etc?

*Zeeman has since learned that the two rebar corner pins have been missing
on the Osborne side of the property since the City of Brookhaven did work
in the Right of Way which could explain the difference in Sweatman’s
Surveys and the migration of the corner pin on Grove Street.*
