With regard to your medical records, we will want to produce those records that are relevant to the damages that we are seeking to recover. I will go through with you in some detail what those specific records are before they are produced. Prior to doing that, however, we will file for a protective order in the Court that limits the use of the medical records to this case, requires them to be destroyed at the conclusion of the litigation, and prohibits them from being filing unsealed in the public record.
