I did not retain Todd Shoemaker’s services, Gaddy did as he is facilitating the approval process. The only time I ever spoke with Todd was when I sent the Court Order to him. As for communications with Jeremy, you already have those. The only communication was stating I was available for the call we attended on Friday.
