Good morning and thank you for the call on Friday, and the email below that summarizes our discussion.

Please let me know if your client is interested in attending mediation prior to scheduling her deposition.  In past discussions with Tania and Lucy, I proposed Phill Bettis as a qualified neutral for this matter.  Not only is Phill an expert in real estate law, but he also serves as a part time judge.  I am open to other suggestions for a neutral from defense counsel.
