As requested, sheet 2 & 3 updated to show topo and trees as a pdf without signature blocks and company logo as a courtesy for landscaper. If landscaper needs AutoCAD file have them send me a request via e-mail or Sarah can send file that I sent to her directly to them. Sarah was having problems manipulating AutoCAD drawing file with layer system built into AutoCAD.

Frank,
I hope all is well and thank you for the updated plat and legal. I have Sarah copied hereto so that you can send the topography file. She’d also like to see pages 2 and 3 with topography and trees added so she can coordinate landscaping. I believe this can be done without those versions being the ones used for recording which you said shouldn’t be recorded because trees, etc. change.
