Chastain Subpoenas Re Sweatman V Zeeman¶

All:  Took Lisa off this but I want to let you know I spoke to Mark Chastain about the survey.  A couple things:

1.  He would like to go back out to the Property for a 10 minute visit on Monday to confirm a few measurements.  I will let Ms. Zeeman know.
2.  As for the subpoena, there are no drafts.  He has not done the final yet but is aware we do not want him to produce anything.



Do we want to file a motion for protection order on Chastain stuff?
