Sarah,

Below are the only communications we have had with the City Attorney. I am still waiting on the list of alleged code violations; please send those to me as quickly as possible as there is no reason to withhold said information.

Thank you for forwarding – I did not have it in my inbox for some reason. I can reach out to the staff attorney and copy you to see if the Judge has a preference for how we accomplish these next steps.

Thanks, Lisa. The parties would need will to submit the plat through the project portal and then the City will review the line change. That is when we send it to DeKalb. Everyone will stamp and sign then it will be recorded.

Brett, I am indifferent to the mechanics of how we get the Court to order the City. Is it worth a quick call to the staff attorney to see what the attorney thinks is the best way? Perhaps we could do some sort of limited appearance consent order or something like that?

Thanks,
Jeremy

Jeremy,

Thanks for the update. As part of the City’s approval process, will all interested parties need to sign in wet ink the first page of the Plat that was attached and incorporated into the Court’s Order? For reference, I am referring to page 4 of the attached Court Order.
