Eric,
Who is the next level at Stewart that can address the continued
mishandling?
Or am I left no choice but to go the insurance commission?
Miramar informed me the transcripts were not ordered after the court case.
There was no attempt to order the transcripts for 5+ months until I brought
it to the attention of the law firm STEWART hired this past November days
before the in person meeting with the lawyers and surveyor at the site to
stake the official physical boundary line.
Brett knowingly came to the site unprepared
He was -100% blind.
Stewart can not properly represent my interest and my property if your
lawyer doesn't have the document being discussed.
I notified you days before of my concern and you did not respond to me till
yesterday.
